Hello, I placed this order yesterday and recieved a phone verification this morning but still have not recieved anything ny status is still Preparing [ECPSS Payment].

I was wondering if you could let me know the status of my order and when I am likely to recieve the key as I was told on the phone I would revieve it after the call.
