I'm pissed off. You tell me an hour after I order the key for C&C 3 that its out of stock and that if you don't get it in 24 hours that you'll refund my money. Fine. Now its been 24 hours and it didn't come so I asked for my refund. But NOOOOOOOOOO you refused to refund my money and basically told me that you're going to force me to wait another 6 hours for the key.

By the way I dealt with vaha in your live customer support, who was most unhelpful and found the situation funny after I admitted that I was pretty much screwed into waiting the 6 hours since she denied me the promised refund after 24 hours.
